ABCmouse is a global initiative owned by Age of Learning Inc. Its and Early Learning Academy used by parents, guardians, and teachers for their kids around 3-6 years old at kindergarten, preschool or pre-k level.
Although it’s a child-friendly website, ending a paid subscription is not something that a kid can do. So here we’ll tell you in detail that how you can cancel your membership subscription or account and what is the cancellation policy.
How to Cancel ABCMouse Membership
Cancel Through Login
What you’ll require
- The email address that you have subscribed with.
- Login Password
Steps
- Go to ABCmouse website https://www.abcmouse.com/.
- Login with your Email Id and password.
- Now scroll down and click on Parents written at the bottom.
- Then click on my account which will be written under “Parents Links”.
- Now click on “Cancellation Policy”.
- Then click on “Continue-Continue-Continue”.
- Now choose a reason for cancelation and then click “Continue-Continue-Continue”.
- In the end, check the I understand box and click on “Submit Cancelation”.
Cancellation through Web Form
What you’ll require
- Your first and last name.
- Last 4 digits of your credit card through which you are paying. But this is not mandatory always.
- Name and date of birth of your kid registered on the account.
Steps
- Go to ABCmouse website https://www.abcmouse.com/
- Now scroll down then you’ll see customer support written at the bottom, click on it.
- Then click on “Billing” and then select “I’d still like to contact customer support”.
- Now fill in the form and give a new email address. And in the message must request cancellation.
- When the response is received you should reply must stating that you are unable to cancel via provided means due to lack of access.
Cancellation by Phone
What you’ll require
- Your first and last name.
- Address, City Name, State Name, and Zip Code.
- Last 4 digits of your credit card through which you are paying. But this is not mandatory always.
- Name and date of birth of your kid registered on the account. This is not mandatory always.
Steps
- First, call on the number “1.800.633.3331”.
- Then you’ll be asked to select an option, select option “4”.
- Speak to the operator and request him/her to cancel and refund your subscription.
Cancellation through I-Phone
What you’ll require
- Your Apple’s iPhone ID.
- Apple’s Password.
Steps
- From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
- Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
- Tap the View Apple ID button.
- Enter your password and tap OK.
- From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
- You'll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
- From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription.
- Select ABCmouse.
- Tap On to toggle the switch to Off

What is the cancellation policy of ABCMOUSE?
The policy is very simple. You can cancel at any time and you can reactivate your account whenever you want to continue. You will receive a contact confirmation in your mail shortly.
