4. Then, Enter your CAPTCHA
5. Click on submit

Steps to delete profile from mobile device:

1. Log into ✅the account profile that you would like to delete. The website is www.jackd.com
2. Tap "Account" on the bottom right.
3. Scroll down and tap "Jack'd".
4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
